Getting a pre-sale home inspection is never a bad idea, especially to get the best price for your home. This also will give every buyer that looks at the property a better look at the condition of the property. This also will prevent them from reworking their deal after they get their inspection. Just remember that if you do a pre-sale inspection you do have to add everything found in the inspection to the seller’s disclosure. This will also prevent you from being caught off guard by possible problems with the property when the buyer does their inspection.
