Notes & Instructions
Today’s strategy is to answer frequently asked questions your target audience might have about real estate. Record a short video explaining the question and answer or use a photo of yourself and write the question and answer in the caption. This would make a great TikTok or Reel. Be sure to share to your stories as well. Adjust hashtags to your topic.

[If you are using a photo write about the question and answer here. If you are using a video just place the question you will talk about.]
[Here are a few topics: “What are the difference between a lease, lease-option, and rent-to-own?”, “How do you plan on making sure the transaction is completed in a timely manner?”, “What are the difference between a contingent, as-is, and no-contingency contract?”, “How do you plan on addressing any potential issues that may arise during the transaction?”, “Should a seller get an inspection before listing the property?”, “How long will it take to sell my home?”, “Is there a reason my home’s assessed value differs compared to the market value?”, “Should I sell my current property before buying a new one?”]

What is a buyer’s market and are we in one? It’s a term used to describe a real estate market where there are more properties for sale than there are buyers looking to buy. This means that buyers have more bargaining power and can potentially get a better deal on a home.
And guess what? We’re currently in one! After several years of a strong seller’s market, the market has shifted, and now it’s a great time for buyers to jump in. With rising interest rates it has created fewer offers which means less competition. Homes are still moving in Houston, but buyers have a bit more wiggle room to negotiate and make offers that work for them. Happy house hunting! 🏡✨
