🏘️ Real Estate Myths vs Facts 🏘️
Myth: Never offer full price for a home.
Fact: In today’s buyer’s market, low-ball offers on move-in-ready homes still may not be accepted. With low housing inventory and still a high demand, a competitive offer is necessary to stand out. Homes are still seeing multiple offers in the Houston area. A low offer can be insulting to sellers and may not open up a transaction. If you really want the home and it’s priced reasonably, consider offering close to or at the list price. Depending on the property, you may even want to offer over the list price to secure your dream home. As your real estate agent, I can help you come up with a winning offer strategy.
