Notes & Instructions
Today’s strategy is to answer frequently asked questions your audience might have about real estate. Record a short video explaining the question and answer or use a photo of yourself and write the question and answer in the caption. You can even make a carousel post. This would make a great TikTok, Reel, or Short. Be sure to share to your stories as well.

[If you are using a photo write about the question and answer here. If you are using a video just place the question you will talk about.]
[Recommended topic: “Is it worth hiring a real estate agent.” — Here are a few topics: “Should a seller get an inspection before listing the property?”, “How long will it take to sell my home?”, “Is there a reason my home’s assessed value differs compared to the market value?”, “Should I sell my current property before buying a new one?”, “How many houses should I view before purchasing one?”, “What happens if I decide to back out of buying a house?”, etc.]

📅 How long does it take to buy a house?
1. Do Your Homework (1-14 days) – you need to do some critical research to help you figure out what you do and don’t want — along with how much can you afford.
2. Find An Agent (1-7 days) – Finding an agent who suits you is key to the home buying process.
3. Get Pre-Approved for a Loan (5-8 business days) – getting pre-approved for a loan signals you’re a serious buyer. You want to have a pre-approval in hand before you make an offer
4. Shop Homes (a few days to a few months) – there are so many variables when looking for the right and this time period is different for everyone depending on inventory.
5. Make an Offer, Negotiate, and Sign a Contract (1-7 days) – this time may vary depending on how many offers the seller has and the negotiation with those offers.
6. Close on the house (30-45 days) – this is when you will get final loan approval, inspection, appraisal, final walkthrough, and sign the paper to close on your home.
